This experience commences with the Victoria Falls Guided Tours Zambia and Zimbabwean Sides, followd by Sunset Boat Cruise and Rhino Walking Safari on the second day in Zambia and finally the Chobe Day Trip on the final day.
It is very important to note that either side of the Victoria Falls, Zambia or Zimbabwe offers a completely different experiences in terms of geology and scenic views .We will start the Tour by viewing the Zimbabwean side first and finalise with the Zambian side.The Tour takes averagely 2 Hours on each side and the whole tour for both sides takes averagely 4 hours.. On the Zimbabwean Side,you will experience a clear and un obstructed view of the falling water Curtain and appreciate its transfrontier boundary separation with Zambia. Similary, you will learn about its Historical and Scientific aspects.
On the Zambian Side,you will equally view the falling water curtain of the Victoria Falls on a prolonged stretch, experience crossing over on the Knife Bridge (on the Gorge) leading to the boiling point,appreciate its Transfrontier boundary separation with Zimbabwe,learn about its Scientific,Historical and Cultural aspects.You will equally learn about the Zambezi River.The gude will provide more details on all issues highlighted herein.
On second day, you will embark on a morning Rhino Walking Safari in the Mosi oa Tunya National Park in Zambia. Walking Safari, generally coined as Rhino Walking Safari is the best and unique way of engaging with nature. It is also referred to as Safari on Foot. It provides guests with hands on exposure to interact with various species of Flora and Fauna as you traverse on foot the Mosi oaTunya National Park ecosystem and explore it's biodiversity. The activity begins with a pick up from your hotel or lodge early in the morning around 07:00am or afternoon around 14:00pm and a subsequent transfer to the Mosi oaTunya National Park which takes approximately 15-20 minutes.It is recommended that guests put on environmentally friendly shoes, long pants/shirt, huts and wear low scented perfumes. You can also carry with you Cameras or any other electronic equipment to capture your field experiences. Upon your arrival in the National Park, together with the Safari Guide, you will pick up an armed Wildlife Police Officer from the Zambia Department of National Parks and Wildlife (DNPW) to accompany and safeguard the team throughout the walking Safari expedition. Additionally, all our Safari Activities are covered by the Public Liability Insurance by Professional Insurance Corporation Zambia Plc , the best Insurance Company in Zambia. In the Afternoon,you will experience a an amazing Sunset Boat Cruise on the Zambezi River in the Mosi oa Tunya National Park where you will enjoy beverages ,music ,snacks and plenty of refreshments.
On the final day, we will transfer you to Chobe National Park in Botswana by 07:00am.This activity enables our guests to sample various safari activities both from Zambia, Botswana and also witness the Kazungula Quadripoint,an area where four (four) countries share a common boarder namely;Zambia,Zimbabwe,Botswana and Namibia. You will be transferred by 07.00 am from Livingstone to Kazungula at the Zambia-Botswana Boarder post. Our Counterparts in Chobe- Kasane -Botswana side will take up the activity which always commences with a Game Drive in the Chobe National Park. You will see a concentrated Wildlife population which includes the Big Four(Lions,Elephants,Leopards, Bufaloes) ,Flora and amazing landscapes. This will be followed by Lunch at a prestigious Safari Lodge around 12:00pm.Thereafter,you will proceed for a Boat Cruise on the famous Chobe River which is also heavily populated with a wide range of Wildlife species and beaultiful landscapes and scenaries. Around 17.00pm if not a multi-day trip,you wil be transferred back to the Zambian side. Our Driver/Guide on the Zambian side will eventually transfer you back to your Hotel/Lodge in Livingstone Zambia.
